Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to process transactions, assist customers, and promote the store’s loyalty program. The role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock helper, with training on wine, spirits, and beer products.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Bag items and ensure correct handling of alcohol sales and safety.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies; keep the area safe and clean.
