Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers by name whenever possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt to assist bagging and grouping items.
• Check the bottom of every cart and under baby seats for items before completing an order.
• Follow correct bagging procedures for bag types and handling.
• Scan items and handle the payment transaction per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds and override handling.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Maintain cash control and report any register malfunctions to management.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and safety standards.
