Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use his or her name whenever possible.
• Unload customers' groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Check the bottom of every cart and under baby seats for items before completing an order.
• Follow bagging procedures and handle payments per standard practice.
• Report any register issues to management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take their order to their car.
• Maintain neat front end area and ensure MVP savings center is stocked and functional.
