Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.
• Good organizational and task prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier functions including open/close register, ring sales, and tender transactions.
• Maintain checkstand cleanliness and comply with policies.
• Answer telephones and assist at the Customer Service Desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, and related services.
• Verify EAS tags are deactivated and respond to pedestal activations.
• Maintain store accounting functions and deposit excess funds.
• Provide lottery service and licenses where applicable.
