Whole Foods Market is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Cashier/Front End Team Member to support checkout operations, assist customers, and maintain attractive front-end displays. You will handle cash register functions, bag groceries, and provide courteous service to guests and team members while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, following proper procedures for checks and cards, stocking front-end areas, and supporting store programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in cash handling and POS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations governing sale of alcohol and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of Front End areas and registers.
• Adheres to cash handling procedures and cashier variance policy.
• May assist with training of new Cashier staff.
• Assists with managing customer flow and reducing wait times.
• Delivers excellent customer service and answers phones courteously.
• Maintains pricing accuracy and signage.
• Reports safety hazards and follows all safety regulations.
