Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; or relevant education and experience
  • Six months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk roles
  • Minimum 18 years of age (19 in Idaho and Alaska if selling tobacco)
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail

Desired qualifications:

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and structure
  • Related retail experience

Job responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, performing cashier functions, maintaining cleanliness, answering phones, complying with policies, promoting initiatives, managing electronic article surveillance tags, and store accounting functions.

Additional duties involve processing refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill pay, gift cards, and providing lottery and license services where applicable. The role requires cooperative work in high-paced environments, conflict management, honesty, integrity, following directions, and supporting diverse customer needs.
