Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking team members to bag items at the checkout, restock, and maintain front-end cleanliness. You’ll retrieve carts, assist customers, and support store operations across Pennsylvania and nearby states. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools required for the job.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must complete the introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• Must have and maintain any licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Collect trash, take to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, keep floors and work areas clean, and sweep hourly.
• Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
