The GIANT Company in Gilbertsville, PA is hiring for a front-end team member responsible for bagging at checkout, restocking, retrieving carts, and keeping the front-end clean. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and friendly customer service as part of daily store operations.

You will work with a team across PA, MD, VA, WV, and NJ, following store policies and PPE rules, and you may need to complete a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must understand and follow company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to use or learn to use store equipment
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must complete the introductory period of 30 or 60 days
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have and maintain valid licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position

Responsabilités

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties, ensure PPE compliance.
• Collect trash, take trash to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean, and sweep hourly.
• Collect and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
