Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Vallarta's customer service booth.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to perform math calculations accurately and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet customers and team members while delivering extraordinary service.
• Lead and supervise booth team members, providing training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Oversee lottery sales, money orders, wire transfers, and check cashing with accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the compliance officer, ensuring adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Manage booth cash flow, daily safe balance, and bank deposits.
• Review and process invoices, coupons, and prior day booth transactions for accuracy.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
• Support annual evaluations, team scheduling, and performance management.
