Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Vallarta’s customer service booth or similar role.
• Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform math calculations related to cash handling and transactions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Willingness to transfer to other store locations within a reasonable commute.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and team members delivering outstanding service.
• Balance booth tills and prepare daily sales reports.
• Process payroll and government checks using the Check Cashing Program.
• Sell money orders, money services and other booth offerings.
• Assist in training, scheduling and supervising booth associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
