• Process returns and restock items appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow to minimize wait times at checkout lanes.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries promptly or direct as needed.
• Guide customers on policies, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front area.
• Refill impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Support management with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
