Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a Community Triage Manager to lead universal intake for Mission Services, screening and routing clients to the right program with clean handoffs. This onsite role supports enrollment targets and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of intake experience.

The position emphasizes strong data skills, CaseWorthy/HMIS knowledge, and supervision of the intake team, with collaboration across county, VA, shelter, and reentry referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, public administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years conducting intake, screening, and needs-based prioritization in a human services or nonprofit setting.
• Experience with coordinated entry, no wrong door, or universal intake models.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• 2+ years supervising a front-line or intake team.
• Experience keeping accurate client records in CaseWorthy or HMIS.
• Strong data and spreadsheet skills including reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating referrals and warm handoffs across programs and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Screening and prioritization of all access points.
• Route each person to the right program with a warm handoff.
• Maintain data quality and track enrollment progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with county, hospital, shelter, and VA referrals.
• Supervise intake staff and ensure coverage and training.
