Job summary

Goodwill Mission Services of Silicon Valley is seeking a Community Triage Manager (CTM) to lead universal intake at our San Jose headquarters. You will screen and prioritize visitors, route them to the right program, and ensure a warm handoff across Stabilization and Economic Mobility services.

This onsite role requires supervising the intake team, maintaining CaseWorthy data quality, and building strong partnerships with county, VA, shelters, and reentry sources to support about 1,500 annual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, public administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years intake/screening experience in human services or nonprofit settings, including crisis recognition.
• Experience with coordinated entry/no wrong door/universal intake models and standardized assessment tools.
• 2+ years supervising a front-line intake team with coverage and training.
• Experience maintaining accurate client records in CaseWorthy or HMIS; strong data/spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and prioritize every access point, identifying urgency and needing.
• Route individuals to appropriate programs with warm handoffs across Stabilization and Economic Mobility.
• Enter and maintain front-door data in CaseWorthy; ensure data quality and enrollment scale readiness.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with county, hospital, shelters, and VA sources.
• Supervise intake staff, manage coverage, and provide training and standard work.
