Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and route callers to the correct department.
• Greet visitors and contact the appropriate department for escort.
• Oversee visitor sign-in and security processes.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Be a motivated self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Must be punctual with solid time-management skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks.
