The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, strong Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a professional business environment.
• Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Aufgaben

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Greet visitors and escort to the appropriate department.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Assist departments with special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Be punctual with strong time-management skills.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision.
