D1 Lake Orion is seeking a dependable, high-energy Front Desk professional to deliver exceptional customer service to athletes and families. You will manage check-ins, greet guests, answer inquiries, and support Coaches and Management with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
• Ensure lobby area is clean and stocked
• Learn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletes
• Answer phone calls and take messages for Coaches and Management
• Check athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking
• Keep retail areas fully stocked with food, drink, clothing
• Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and products
• Process all ancillary purchases in MBO
• Complete daily social media tasks
• Make sure all accounts are properly noted
