Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks is seeking a strong Front Desk leader to drive service excellence and manage the guest service team. The role includes recruiting, training, and monitoring staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and to exceed guest expectations.

As part of Driftwood Hospitality Management, the Front Desk Manager will work to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining high service standards in a family-friendly resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language and be able to effectively communicate with guests, associates and vendors.
• Flexible schedule and be available days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good computer skills; typing 40 words per minute or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, train, motivate, and monitor associate behavior to attain elevated guest service quality.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses while maximizing profitability related to the guest services department.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest service department.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
• Increase guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional product through staff development and coaching.
