Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Ability to learn and maximize our POS/timekeeping/membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to members and guests.
• Assist in retention and AR collections.
• Support onboarding of new Service & Sales Representatives.
