The position emphasizes ensuring a consistently friendly Welcome Desk, accurate processing of memberships, and collaboration with club management to resolve incidents and maintain brand

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Child & Adult AED/CPR certified.
• Ability to learn and maximize POS/timekeeping/membership systems.
• Comfortable leading outreach and referral activities that will generate leads and appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, maintain, and protect the customer experience by developing SSRs to deliver on our mission.
• Engage with members and guests to foster interest and drive referrals and retention.
• Ensure quick response to feedback and elevate issues to club management when needed.
• Navigate basic questions about membership, services, and billing inquiries.
• Lead the SSR team to high standards of operational excellence.
• Assist onboarding and development of SSRs and maintain an open learning environment.
