A&R Group is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor at the DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport, Kenner, LA. You will lead the Front Office and Guest Services team, ensuring 5-star service for guests including flight crews and families during peak times.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, acting as MOD, managing reservations and folios, coaching staff, and collaborating with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Qualifikationen
