Job summary

White Lodging is hiring at the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown to lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service. This entry-level supervisory role oversees daily front office operations, supports a high‑volume downtown hotel, and ensures seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences for guests.

You’ll work closely with the front desk team, receive training to grow into a Front Desk Manager role, and contribute to a premium Marriott stay that guests love.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset are essential.
• Ability to lead and adapt in a fast-paced hotel front office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out, and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain check-in/out workflows and ensure Marriott standards are met every shift.
• Supervise front desk agents, coach performance, and resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager and escalate issues.
• Perform hands-on front desk duties and operate front office systems as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new associates.
• Support additional duties to ensure smooth front office operations.
