Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Resort Supervisor with leadership experience to guide our Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and ensuring guest care across all suites and care areas.

You will supervise daily operations, help train staff, monitor safety, and maintain high service standards. The position offers advancement opportunities, competitive starting pay, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff across our locations.

Qualifications

• This position requires a considerable amount of physical labor, including pet handling, walking, cleaning, and maintenance of the suites.
• Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills.
• Prior supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Comfortable leading by example, including hands-on task management.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, including leading, training, and coaching based on company standards.
• Assisting management with training, directing work, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Reporting and documenting hazards or behavioral problems to management.
• Maintaining cleanliness of suites and guest areas and providing daily care for all guests.
• Helping team members complete LMS courses and training guides.
• Performing additional duties as required by management.
