Shaner Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Homewood Suites Daytona Beach Speedway–Airport. You will lead daily front desk operations, coach the team, and ensure guests receive the welcoming service expected from Hilton.

The ideal candidate has strong guest relations and leadership skills, with the ability to train, schedule, and manage guest requests while maintaining brand standards. This is a full-time, evening-shift role supporting exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficient, professional, and consistent service.
• Lead by example while actively assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
• Prepare and maintain weekly front desk schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Train, coach, mentor, and support front desk associates to promote professional growth and operational excellence.
• Monitor employee performance and reinforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluating front desk team members.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Communicate operational updates and participate in hotel leadership meetings as needed.
