Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at the AC Hotel San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, CA. You will lead the front desk team, deliver outstanding guest service, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and adherence to Marriott standards in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with Marriott systems including FOSSE, GXP and Mobile Check-In or similar PMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Front Desk Agents; set standards for service quality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; balance shift transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for seamless stays.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy memberships and hotel services as appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily reporting.
