Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression.
• Assisting with luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms.
• Providing information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Opening doors and offering a warm welcome to guests via the bell desk.
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles as requested.
• Assisting lobby attendants in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
• Delivering personalized guest experiences and going above the norm.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation
