Rancho Cordova Homewood Suites by Hilton in Rancho Cordova, CA is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and staff, and to support the General Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, training, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17.50–$21.00 (BOE) with benefits such as medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid vacation. Daily Pay is also available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ year of customer service experience.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of Guest Service Agent as scheduled by Management.
• Provides training, including safety training, to front office staff.
• Assists in scheduling front desk personnel within budget guidelines to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintains accurate records including cash flow sheets, direct bill accounts, credit card payments, registration cards, and reservation cards.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
• Performs functions of the General Manager in their absence.
• All other duties as assigned.
