Job summary

Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, FL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest experience at the front desk. You will start each guest interaction with a warm welcome and own every moment of service, while handling administrative duties and diffusing tensions when needed.

The ideal candidate will show tremendous patience with guests and desk agents, and will maintain open availability from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong conflict-diffusion skills to handle guest and staff tensions.
• Patience and enthusiasm in pleasing guests with poise.
