In this role, you will coordinate with other departments, assist guests with requests, upsell hotel services, and ensure a seamless, personalized experience that reflects Oklahoma hospitality and Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest service / customer-facing role preferred.
• Prior hotel front desk or property management system experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality by welcoming every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Assign rooms, issue keys, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations and directions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Resolve guest concerns in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, Marriott Bonvoy benefits, promotions, and dining outlets.
• Promote hotel services and amenities through upselling and informed recommendations.
• Accurately post charges, process payments, and reconcile guest accounts as needed.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance according to standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and teamwork in all interactions.
• Complete required training and assigned tasks promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
