Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of hotel housekeeping experience preferred; lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are clean and ready on time.
• Coordinate room status with Front Desk and Facilities; supervise and coach associates.
• Inspect rooms and spaces, document findings, and ensure readiness before release.
• Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching on procedures, safety, and privacy.
• Respond to guest requests with care and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness standards in alignment with Marriott expectations.
