Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Public presence in grooming and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
• Oversee daily Front Office operations.
• Lead front desk staff and assist with training.
• Coordinate with Housing Operations and other departments.
• Cover manager days off as PIC.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
