Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel front office operations; supervisory experience preferred.

• Handle check-in and check-out; record sales; manage reservations and guest services.
• Oversee daily front office operations and guest services.
• Coordinate with GSAs; train staff; ensure policies and procedures.
• Cover manager days off as PIC and open availability including weekends and overnights.
