You'll ensure a welcoming environment while managing sales goals, member experiences, and daily operations. Qualifications include customer service skills and a high school diploma. Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members, verbally, non-verbally, and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
Lead the front desk team and ensure efficient operations.
Monitor reports, sales goals, and retention metrics.
Ensure all equipment issues are logged and communicated to the GM.
