You will supervise front desk agents, conduct pre-shift meetings, delegate tasks, review checklists, verify house accounts and room discrepancies, and communicate urgent information to the next shift.

Qualifications

• Supervises front desk agents to maintain guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Checks guests in and out, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings with Front Desk staff.
• Supervises agents to meet Sonesta Service Standards and delegates tasks as needed.
• Checks front desk work for consistency and resolves issues as they arise.
• Oversees completion of Front Desk checklists and verifies house accounts and room discrepancies.
• Communicates pertinent information to the next shift and may work in other areas as needed.
