Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Healthcare Access Associate to provide leadership and direction in line with organizational goals and objectives. You will serve as a liaison for patients, government agencies, and third-party payers for on-site practice sites.

Responsibilities include conducting regular staff evaluations, coordinating between administration, physicians and staff, and guiding disciplinary processes as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Field Of Study

• in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of related work experience [Required]
• Experience coding ICD-10 and CPT billing [Preferred]
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]
• Patient care experience as CMA, LPN, EMT, etc. [Preferred]
• Staff experience in a health care setting [Preferred]
