The Front Desk Supervisor will support daily front office operations and help lead the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front office operations. This role assists in leading the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding guest service.
