Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dependable Room Attendant for Tru by Hilton Portland Airport Area. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards, restock supplies, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

The position requires the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts, with weekends and holidays possible. Previous housekeeping experience is not required but preferred, and opportunities for advancement exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and assigned public areas
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
• Restock carts and ensure supplies are organized
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
