The Care Facilitator Supervisor, functioning under the supervision and guidance of the Center Operations Director and/or Clinical Dyad leader, is responsible for organizing and directing the work of the front desk staff, coordinating staff activities and schedules to ensure effective patient care services are provided, and ensuring quality standards are met. They train, guide, and support Care Facilitators to meet organizational front desk standards and provide them with the necessary tools and resources. The supervisor leads front office operations, including quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience, and direct supervision of employees. They also lead the VIP customer experience from entry to exit, ensuring patients and their families have a positive and memorable visit. Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external partners, they adhere strictly to established guidelines to provide the best solutions and options for patients, supporting the overall center experience.

Partner with the growth team to ensure scheduling completion, ensure resources and priorities are clear for staff, participate in hiring, monitor standards, resolve escalated issues, support PCP scheduling, review notifications and documents, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain supplies.
