Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations, assist guests, and support staff
  • Train and supervise new team members
  • Ensure accurate guest registration and check-out processes
  • Maintain logs of guest interactions and resolve issues promptly

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
