Front Desk Supervisor

We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor at WinStar World Hotel to lead our front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and daily hotel operations.

Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering 5‑star service from check‑in to check‑out.
• Lead and inspire the front desk team, motivating staff and ensuring optimal placement and performance.
• Achieve financial success by monitoring room reservations, managing departmental budgets, and preparing financial reports to meet revenue goals.
• Train, develop, and empower team members through continuous coaching and feedback.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including staffing adjustments, sales support, guest complaint resolution, and adherence to safety standards.
