Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor responsible for overseeing front‑of‑house food and beverage operations at Winstar World Casino. You will manage staffing, maintain inventory, enforce service standards, handle cash procedures, and train staff.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and strong organizational skills. Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work extended hours are essential. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• One year experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of staff.
• Manage staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Conduct audits of inventory and product.
