Responsibilities include:
Guest Service
  • Maintaining guest service as the core philosophy of the hotel
  • Responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Developing added-value customer service programs
  • Empowering staff to deliver responsive guest assistance
  • Meeting or exceeding guest satisfaction scores
  • Ensuring all shift checklists and callbacks are completed
  • Remaining highly visible and available to guests
  • Handling credit card and account disputes
Front Desk Management
  • Acting as manager on duty and managing front desk operations
  • Training staff in check-in/check-out, telephone procedures, and hotel amenities
  • Ensuring financial controls and accurate reporting
  • Maintaining supplies and staffing shifts
Safety and Security
  • Recognizing and correcting safety hazards
  • Following key control policies
General Duties
  • Maintaining professionalism and punctuality
  • Working nights, weekends, and special event shifts
  • Keeping the hotel organized and clean
