You're the supervisor for the Front Office. You ensure that well-trained, highly motivated staff handle guests with the utmost care. Sound experience tells when to let the team fly and when to surface and guide. Under your careful watch, operations run smoothly and well within budget. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, resort, or related setting). Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and supervisory experience are expected. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required; a second language is a plus. Candidates must handle cash or credit transactions and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation is also expected.
