As Front Office Supervisor, you will
  1. Oversee and supervise the Front Office to ensure efficient operations and impeccable guest care, helping to achieve profit goals. Attend to guest and group special needs and solve tricky problems with confident graciousness.
  2. Keep a pulse on daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss, manage expenses, and maximize profit.
  3. Skillfully manage the Front Office staff by creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Lead a diverse team by modeling the way, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
  4. Act as Manager on Duty when duty calls.
Fundamentals

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, resort, or related setting). Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and supervisory experience are expected. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required; a second language is a plus. Candidates must handle cash or credit transactions and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation is also expected.
