Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

The Front Desk Supervisor ensures exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations at the Front Desk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensuring all checklist items are completed and standards are maintained during each shift.
  • Supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Overseeing department operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
  • Performing hourly tasks, operating equipment as needed, and assisting with training new associates.
  • Handling additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring

  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
