The Club at New Seabury is seeking a part-time Fitness Front Desk Attendant to welcome members and guests, answer inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service. You will support front desk operations and assist in the Fitness Center to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Weekend availability is required, with Friday afternoons and weekend shifts. The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while representing the club’s values.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon entrance and exit.
• Answer phone inquiries, return voicemails, and provide information.
• Stay knowledgeable of marketing communications and upcoming programs.
• Open and close the facility as required by the shift schedule.
• Ensure the Front Desk operates efficiently while upholding the club’s values.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, restrooms, and locker rooms.
• Replenish products as needed and notify management when inventory is low.

As our Fitness Front Desk Attendant for The Club at New Seabury, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, setting the tone for their experience. The Front Desk Attendant will oversee all front desk responsibilities and daily operations. This position will assist members as needed to ensure high standards of service and hospitality are met. This position will also provide assistance in the Fitness Center to ensure cleanliness and safety expectations are met.

This a Year-Round, Part-Time position and you must be able to work weekends.

HOURS: Friday afternoons & weekend hours.

Position Overview:

The Fitness Front Desk Attendant is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, assisting members, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. This position also supports the Fitness Center by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the facility.

• Stay knowledgeable of marketing communications and upcoming programs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, restrooms, and locker rooms.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. The position may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
