Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia community in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will greet residents, families, visitors, and staff, manage phones, and support basic office duties in a welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers a 30-hour work week with a 10:00 AM–4:30 PM shift, Monday–Friday, and a wage range of $19.09–$21.09 per hour based on experience. Benefits eligible position with Cassia benefits.

Qualifications

• This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Proficiency with basic office software and equipment is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior front desk or receptionist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
• Maintain records and assist with general office duties.
• Support mail distribution and administrative tasks.
• Provide basic word-processing and data support as required.
• Assist with technology questions and user support at the front desk.
• Sort mail and complete other routine clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming environment.
