Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia community in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will greet residents, families, visitors, and staff, manage phones, and support basic office duties in a welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers a 30-hour work week with a 10:00 AM–4:30 PM shift, Monday–Friday, and a wage range of $19.09–$21.09 per hour based on experience. Benefits eligible position with Cassia benefits.

• Sort mail and complete other routine clerical tasks.

Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia community, is hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Buffalo, MN. As a Receptionist at Lake Ridge, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. In this role, you will greet guests, answer and direct incoming phone calls, assist with general office duties, maintain records, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also help with administrative projects, mail distribution, and other daily office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working 30 hours a week

Shift Available: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Wage Range: $19.09 - 21.09 / depending on experience

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain records and reservation requests.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Answer guest questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.
• Provide basic word-processing and data support as needed.
• Help answer basic technology/ computer questions.
• Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use various office equipment and software.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and accurate records.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
• Professional, courteous, and respectful approach when interacting with residents, families, and staff.
