Responsibilities

• Handle patient check-in and check-out using EPIC and scheduling systems.
• Verify patient demographics and privacy.
• Assist patients with arrivals, paperwork, and directing to clinical areas.
• Process appointment paperwork and support smooth patient flow for providers.
• Answer and route calls from patients, providers, and staff to ensure timely communication.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC and related systems.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe front desk environment with excellent service.
