This role offers consistent hours (25–30 hours per week), training, staff discounts, and the chance to grow into full-time or other roles as the salon expands.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience in a salon or spa is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable with computers and booking software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check them in for services and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones, make outgoing calls regarding appointments, schedule appointments, and manage booking for all stylists.
• Process payments and cash register transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail area.
• Assist with product recommendations and sales.
• Support stylists with administrative tasks when needed.
