Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and general computer literacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy and positivity.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in office or front desk roles within a personal care or service industry is preferred.
• Salon software: 2 years (Required)
• Fashion retail: 2 years (Required)
• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
• Saturday availability required
• Day Shift and Night Shift availability required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with check-in procedures
• Answer multi-line phone system promptly, professionally, and courteously
• Manage appointment scheduling using Phorest salon software
• Maintain organized filing systems for client records, invoices, and other administrative documents
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions and resolving concerns efficiently
• Support duties including calendar management, handling money, inventory, and general administrative support to staff
• Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist in marketing using Canva
• Retail experience is a plus
