Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, NY is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. You will handle a multiline phone system, greet visitors, and support daily operations.

The role requires excellent communication, solid computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods; weekend availability preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor required.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with common office software required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a functional level for routine duties.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a multiline telephone and paging system and route calls.
• Greet and direct visitors; ensure sign-in and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate files and listings for staff and residents.
• Distribute job applications and provide information about the facility.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and manage mail services.
• Report resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Keep lobby and workstation clean and hazard-free.
• Report hazardous conditions or supply issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families and employees.
